Oil changed where it parks, not where you have to drive it.
Driveway, office car park, loading dock, fleet yard. We bring the oil, the filter, the drain pan and the containment mat, and we take the old oil away with us when we go.
- Open 24 hours, seven days
- No hourly minimum
- Used oil hauled away and recycled
- Single cars through full fleets
The hour you get back
An oil change takes about twenty minutes of actual work. Everything else about it is logistics. Getting the car to a shop, sitting in a waiting room with day-old coffee, listening to somebody explain why you also need a cabin air filter, then driving back. That is most of a morning spent on twenty minutes of work.
We reverse the trip. You tell us where the vehicle will be sitting and for how long, we show up in that window, and the job happens while you are doing something else. People book us during the school run, in the two hours a car sits at an office in Fairfield, and at nine at night when the last thing anyone wants is another errand. The vehicle does not move and neither do you.
This matters most in two situations. A household with two vehicles and two schedules that never line up cannot easily give up a car for half a day. And a fleet that sends a van to a shop is paying for the shop visit plus a driver plus a van that is not earning. Both of those problems are solved by the mechanic doing the driving instead.
Where we will do itDriveways, curbside where parking allows, employee car parks, warehouse docks, storage lots, and any yard where a truck can get alongside the vehicle.
What you payYou hear what the job runs while we are still on the phone, and there is no hourly minimum attached to a short visit.
CoverageNapa and Solano first, then out along I-80 and into Sonoma, Marin, Contra Costa and Alameda. Check your town.
Nothing goes on your driveway
This is the real objection to a mobile oil change, and it deserves a straight answer rather than reassurance. Draining five quarts of hot oil over somebody’s concrete is a genuine risk if the person doing it is careless, and concrete stains permanently.
So the work happens over a containment mat every time, with a sealed drain pan underneath the plug, not an open bucket. The filter comes off into a bag because a spin-on filter holds oil and drips the moment it breaks loose. Anything that does escape lands on absorbent, and the absorbent leaves with us.
The used oil goes into sealed containers in the truck and gets taken to a certified recycling point. It is never poured out, never left behind in a jug for you to deal with, and never becomes your problem. California treats used oil as hazardous waste and handling it correctly is part of doing this work legally, not a favor.

What a visit covers
An oil change is a good excuse to look at everything else that is quick to check while the vehicle is already open. None of it costs extra and most of it takes seconds.
Oil and filter, to spec
The grade the manufacturer asks for, the correct filter for the engine, and a new drain plug washer so the plug seals instead of weeping.
Fluid levels topped
Coolant, brake fluid, power steering and washer fluid checked and brought up while the hood is open.
Tire pressures set
All four to the door placard figure, including the spare if it is accessible. Underinflated tires cost fuel every mile.
A look underneath
While we are under there anyway: leaks, torn boots, a dragging exhaust, a weeping pan gasket. You hear about it early or not at all.
Reset and sticker
Maintenance light reset, and the next due mileage written down so nobody is guessing in four months.
Old oil removed
Sealed, hauled out and recycled properly. Nothing is left in your bin, your garage or your gutter.

Servicing that works around dispatch
Send one van to a shop and the cost is never just the service. It is the driver sitting there, the route that got shuffled, and the hours the vehicle spent off the road during exactly the part of the day it was meant to be working. Multiply that by a dozen vehicles across a year and it becomes a real number.
We come to the yard instead, usually before the first run or after the last one, and work through however many units are parked. Because there is no hourly minimum, a yard visit that covers four vehicles is priced as four jobs rather than as a half day of somebody’s time. You approve the figure before we start.
Records come with it. Each vehicle gets its mileage, the oil grade used and the next due interval written down, which matters when a driver changes or an auditor asks. Fleets already running scheduled maintenance usually fold oil intervals into the same recurring visit so the whole lot stays on one calendar instead of on memory.
How a booking actually runs
There is no mystery to it, but knowing the shape of the visit helps people plan around it. From the call to the truck pulling away is usually under an hour.
- You call or messageYear, make, model and rough mileage. That tells us the oil grade, the filter and whether the engine wants anything unusual.
- You get the figureWhat it will cost before the truck leaves, covering the oil, the filter and the visit itself. Nothing is added afterwards without you hearing about it first.
- We agree on a place and a windowSomewhere the vehicle can sit level with room alongside it. Flat ground matters more than shelter.
- The work happensMat down, pan under the plug, drain, new filter, refill to spec, run it, check the level, check underneath for seepage.
- We leave with the old oilSealed and taken for recycling. The next due mileage is written down before we go.
An oil change should cost you an hour of attention, not an afternoon of driving and waiting.
How this service is meant to work
Questions we get before the first visit
Most of these come up once and never again. If yours is missing, calling is quicker than typing it out.
Will you leave oil stains on my driveway?
No. Every job is done over a containment mat with a sealed drain pan, and the filter comes off into a bag because it holds oil and drips as soon as it loosens. Absorbent goes down for anything that escapes and leaves with us. If your driveway is badly sloped we will say so and suggest a flatter spot nearby, because a slope is where mess actually comes from.
What happens to the used oil?
It goes into sealed containers in the truck and then to a certified recycling point. It is never poured out, never left with you in a jug, and never put in a household bin. Used oil is hazardous waste in California, so hauling it away correctly is part of the job rather than an extra.
Can you do it while I am at work?
Yes, and that is how a lot of our customers book it. Give us the car park, the space or bay number and the window the vehicle will be sitting there, and you come back out to a car that has already been serviced. You do not need to be present as long as we can reach the vehicle and get the keys or the hood release sorted beforehand.
Do you bring the oil, or do I buy it?
We bring it. The truck carries the common grades for cars, pickups and vans along with filters for most of what runs around Napa and Solano. If your engine takes something unusual, a European specification or a heavy duty diesel oil, we source it first and book the visit once it is in hand.
How many vehicles can you do in one yard visit?
As many as are parked and accessible. We work through them one after another, which is far quicker than any of them making individual trips to a shop. Each vehicle gets its own record of mileage, oil grade and next due interval, and because there is no hourly minimum you are paying per vehicle rather than for a block of time.
Is a mobile oil change more expensive than a shop?
You get a price before work starts and it covers the oil, the filter and coming to you, so there is nothing bolted on at the end. What people usually weigh against it is the half day of their own time a shop visit costs, or in a fleet, the hours a vehicle spends off its route. The figure you are told on the phone is the figure you pay.
Tell us where it parks.
Give us the vehicle, the postcode and when it sits still, and we will tell you the cost and a window before the call ends. Photos of past work are in the gallery if you want a look first.
