Home base is American Canyon. The truck goes a lot further.
Most calls come from Napa and Solano and the I-80 corridor, but the service area runs from the Lake County shore down to the South Bay and east into the Central Valley. If you are not on the list, call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can get there in a useful amount of time.

How far is too far
The honest answer depends on what is wrong. A jump start ninety miles away is not worth anybody’s money, and we will say so. A harvester down in the middle of a picking window, or a truck holding up a delivery schedule, is a different calculation entirely, and those are the calls that have taken us to Lodi and Clear Lake at one in the morning.
The counties below are grouped roughly by how often we end up in them. Napa and Solano are home. Sonoma, Marin, Contra Costa and Alameda are regular. Sacramento, Yolo, San Joaquin, Lake, Colusa, Sutter and Stanislaus are the edges, reached when the job justifies the drive.
Every town has its own page with the roads, the yards and the kind of work that actually gets called in there.

The ground we cover
American Canyon sits at the bottom of Napa County, on the Solano line. Everything below radiates out from there along I-80, I-680, Highway 29 and Highway 37.
Stranded 150 miles from home and he came out late at night.

The service area is not a circle
Drawing a radius around American Canyon would put Santa Clara and Modesto on the same footing as Napa, and that is not how any of this works. What actually decides where we go is roads and reasons. I-80 pulls the service area east far past where a circle would stop, because a truck broken down at a Vacaville off-ramp is forty minutes of straight freeway. The Carquinez and Benicia bridges pull it south into Contra Costa the same way.
Terrain pushes the other direction. The hills west of Napa make Sonoma slower than the mileage suggests, and anything past Guerneville is a real drive. Lake County is further still, which is why the runs up there have been for customers with something genuinely stuck rather than a routine service call.
The practical version: if you are on or near a freeway we serve, distance matters less than you would think. If you are up a valley road, it matters more. Call and we will tell you which one you are.
Questions about coverage
Call with your location and you will get a straight answer about timing.
What if my town is not listed?
Call anyway. The list covers where we go most, not a boundary. If you are somewhere we genuinely cannot reach in a useful amount of time, we will tell you that instead of taking the job and leaving you waiting, and we will usually know who can get there faster.
Do you charge more for the far side of the service area?
One number covers the trip and the repair, and nothing is billed by the hour. Where distance moves that number, it moves before we set off, not on the invoice.
How quickly can you get to the core area?
American Canyon, Vallejo, Napa and Benicia are usually inside half an hour depending on traffic. Fairfield, Vacaville and the I-80 corridor are a straight freeway run. Further out you get a realistic window, not an optimistic one.
Do you cover freeway shoulders and weigh stations?
Yes. I-80, I-680, I-880, Highway 29, 37, 12 and 101 are all regular ground, along with the truck stops and the weigh station. Roadside work on a live shoulder is done with the truck positioned to shield the vehicle.
Can you reach a farm or jobsite off the main roads?
Yes. Field and jobsite service is a large part of the business, and the truck is equipped to work away from pavement. Give us a gate location or a pin and we will find it.
Tell us where you are. We will tell you when we can be there.
One number reaches the mechanic directly, any hour. No queue, no dispatcher reading from a script.
